    Food Journal (a little rough this week….a bit of stress eating and then poor choices around car travel/funeral time):
    Wednesday – Breakfast: yogurt, granola, raspberries, bananas; Snack: raw almonds; Lunch: lentil/veggie soup, salad, water; Dinner: Thai noodles, veggies, & shrimp

    Thursday – Breakfast: veggie fritatta, potatoes, toast, camomile tea, water; Lunch: (on the road) Twix bar, pretzels, water, 12oz Coke; Dinner: cheese pizza, beer

    Friday – Breakfast: blueberry bagel w/ cream cheese, fruit cup, water; Lunch: veggie burger w/ cheese, fries (ouch), water; Dinner: pasta; Dessert: planning to have ice cream any minute here (let’s be honest!)

    No recipes yet, since I just got home, but maybe I’ll sneak one in over the weekend.

    Wednesday- Breakfast= whole wheat bagel, snack #1= slice of chocolate cake; lunch= beef burrito; snack #2= peanut butter and jelly sandwich and banana; dinner = spinach ravioli with tomato sauce

    Thursday is treat day at work, and there was some grazing, and many things weren’t a full portion…
    Breakfast=yogurt, kugel, cream cheese dip and bagel chips, cheesy potatoes; snack=artichoke dip,guacamole and tortilla chips; lunch=bbq pork sandwich, pasta salad, more kugel, more cheesy potatoes, mac and cheese, 2 chicken wings; Dinner= cheese and crackers

    Friday: Breakfast=slice of cinnamon toast with ricotta, snack #1= chocolate chip cookie bar; lunch=beef burrito; snack #2= latkes; Dinner=Makhani Chicken

    thursday-pumpkin latte,banana.snack-honey pretzel sticks,chocolate chip granola bar 16 oz water.lunch- 1/2 taco salad,1 bag doritos,16oz raspberry iced tea.dinner- 12 triscuits w cheese 24oz water.friday-160zcoffee,egg bacon cheese calzone,snack-honey pretzel sticks,16oz water,lunch-chef salad,italian dressing,16oz water,dinner-5 hot chicken wings,chips,2 beers

    Breakfast – oatmeal w/1% milk, snack – banana, Lunch – ham and american on skinny wheat from Potbelly’s, snack – chocolate chip cookie, Dinner – chicken tortellini w/marinara and salad

    Thursday
    Breakfast – cheerios w/1% milk, snack – banana, Lunch – Chicken salad (from Trader Joes) on wheat bread, granola bar, snack – popcorn w/sprinkling of parmesan cheese, Dinner – pork chop, rice side dish, baby carrots and 6oz pinot grigio.

    Friday
    Breakfast – cheerios w/1% milk, snack – apple, Lunch – turkey and american on wheat roll and sun chips, snack – two fig newtons and diet coke, Dinner – 2 slices of sausage pizza and salad.
